The Security Innovation Network (SINET) is an organization on a particularly virtuous mission. It seeks to advance innovation and enable global collaboration between the public and private sectors to defeat cybersecurity threats. Supported by the US Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate, SINET conducts events focused on this critically important mission. The key DC based event is the SINET Showcase. The next occurs 2 and 3 Nov at the National Press Club.

The SINET Showcase  in DC tackles topics of high interest to both public and private sector leaders. It also highlights 16 tech firms that were evaluated by a collective of seasoned enterprise tech leaders for their potential in addressing significant cybersecurity challenges. Each year, SINET evaluates the technologies and products of hundreds of emerging Cybersecurity companies from all over the world, and selects the 16 most innovative and compelling companies. These 16 companies, known as the SINET 16 Innovators, are invited to present their products and solutions on stage at the Showcase.
